Q: 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable. Too many IP addresses accessing one secure area!
A: The website has membership protection which allows one account to be accessed from 30 different IP address limit per month. If you got that error message above, it means the IP address limit has been reached. Please contact support for checking, do note that your account should only be used by yourself only (account sharing is not allowed).

Q: I Found My Campaign Report Has Backlinks Less Than 100
A: Usually it happens when some of the Wiki websites are inaccessible. Please contact us and provide the campaign ID (can be found here) and we will reimburse the submission.

Q: I Found My Campaign Report Has Backlinks From The Same Forum Twice or More
A: Usually it happens when some of the Wiki websites are inaccessible or some Wiki sites reject the submission due to blacklisted URL or bad URL link, so the software redo the submission to the same Wiki sites in order to maintain the 100 minimum backlinks. Please contact us and provide the campaign ID (can be found here) and we will reimburse the submission.

Q: Backlink Report Has Several Inaccessible Sites/Links
A: It can happen when some forum websites experience hosting issue or simply down due to too much traffic or something. It is something beyond our control because we don't own the Wiki sites, therefore the software always try to submit your link to more than 150 sites, so you will still get at least 100 backlinks every time.

Q: My Campaign Is Still Processing After 48Hours
A: Running an SAAS like this is not easy, so sometime there's a problem such as: API bottleneck, one of our IP address get blacklisted by forum websites, or else. Please contact us and provide the campaign ID if the campaign doesn't finish in 2 business day.

* PLEASE NOTE: when major problem happens like one of our IP address get blacklisted then the solution is to simply wait because surely we'll be the first to know and we will fix it out by removing the bad IP then acquire a new dedicated IP address.
